The platform and intellectual property

ProblemBank supports problem discovery, collaboration, human review, testing and impact records, with optional paid research and export tools. Problem Bank retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding, except third-party materials and your contributions. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan; no ownership of the platform transfers to you.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, when acting for an organisation, have authority to bind it.

Your contributions

• Only submit content you have the right to share, and do not include other people's private information without permission.
• Describe problems, evidence and results honestly. Do not fabricate evidence or impact.
• You retain your rights in your contributions and grant Problem Bank a limited licence to host, process and display them solely to provide the service according to visibility and review settings.

Reviews and verification

• ProblemBank reviewers decide whether problems, solutions, tests and impact are verified. Decisions include a reason and may be revisited if new evidence appears.
• Verification reflects ProblemBank's review of the evidence provided. It is not a guarantee, certification or warranty of any outcome.
• Payment, sponsorship or organisation membership never buys verification.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, spam, illegal content, or attempts to access data or permissions you are not entitled to.
• No fraud, intellectual property infringement, malware, security probing, unauthorised scraping or interference with the service. Do not circumvent technical limits or redistribute the service without permission.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI use and content rights

You are responsible for your prompts, having rights to input content, checking outputs and how you use them. Do not use AI tools for unlawful content, hateful or abusive material, deceptive deepfakes, malware or attempts to bypass safeguards. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for regulated professional advice or qualified oversight.

You retain rights in your inputs. To the extent permitted by law and provider terms, you may use outputs, but they may not be unique or protectable and must not infringe others' rights. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs merely because you use these tools.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts for misuse. Rights holders may submit infringement complaints through our contact form, identifying the content and basis of their claim. Repeated or serious infringement can lead to termination.

Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Current plans and credit pack prices are shown on our public pricing page. Prices are in INR; applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually as selected until cancelled. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You can switch between plans at any time from Billing & Plans — no cancellation needed; the difference is billed or credited automatically on a prorated basis, and your new credit allowance applies from the switch.

Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Manage subscriptions and invoices from Billing & Plans; cancellation stops future renewals while access continues until the paid-through date. See our Refund Policy for refund requests.

Paying never influences official review, verification or impact decisions.

Suspension and termination

Problem Bank may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Content restrictions and access decisions remain subject to applicable law. You can request account deletion from Settings; shared records may be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy.

The service

ProblemBank is provided as is and is early-stage; features may change. AI research summaries can be wrong and are only recommendations. Solutions built by teams are their own work, and you should use your own judgement before relying on them.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
